Snapped this pic couple of weeks ago ( I forget where...I think it's this outdoor mall called Eastwood City...) and I thought "oh yeah, I can think of a funny-ish caption for that...". So I uploaded it...then I noticed this "Tack&Gear" (for lack of a better term)...
