Southland Tales...finally!

Richard Kelly's (Donnie Darko) Sci-fi/drama "Southland Tales" [wiki] is finally coming out in a few weeks!...after being stuck in "distribution hell"...

After it premiered in Cannes in '06 to less-than-flattering reviews (the dreaded "sophomore-jinx"? Man, I hope not...), Sony picked it up, and in exchange for Kelly cutting the crap out of it (well, 160 minutes does sound a little much) and re-editing, he received extra funding more vfx shots.
I wonder if the 'Director's Cut', will be better...( like "Darko"...). Well, we'll see...
